Nestled in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter on charming Hang Quat street, the location was ideal for exploring the vibrant city. the 24-hour front desk staff were always welcoming and readily assisted with airport transfers and currency exchange. I appreciated the convenience of the complimentary airport pick-up service, as well as the availability of dry cleaning and laundry facilities. the bar on-site was a nice touch for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, my experience was made memorable by the attentive and helpful staff, reaffirming the hotel as a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and well-serviced stay in Hanoi's historical center.
